In filling out your own mortgage application and sending in your own documents, you save us time and money and deserve to be paid for that!
For example, on a $400,000 mortgage, you will get $2,400 cash back.
On a $500,000 mortgage, you will get $3,000 cash back.
On a $600,000 mortgage, you will get $3,600 cash back.
On a $700,000 mortgage, you will get $4,200 cash back.
And the cherry on top? Your real estate agent will also get paid (so don’t forget to tell us who your realtor is!).
How to get started:
First, you fill out the online application, which includes your finances, down payment, liabilities, assets, address, work information, dependents, additional applicants if any, etc.
Next, we supply you with a written mortgage commitment along with a list of banks/lenders who will lend you the money.
Then, you can submit your application at this point or if you’re not feeling quite ready, opt to wait and be contacted in a few weeks.
